Disappearing dictionary entries within the book text.

I noticed that the entries from the dictionary marked in text with specific color and also the translations saved in the dictionary within a book text disappear after restart of the Smart Book IF..., while memorizing words in the dictionary, you make manual changes in the translation or add an additional field with your own translation
