"Robinsono Kruso" by Daniel Defoe is an English adventure novel first published on 25 April 1719. After being shipwrecked, Robinson Crusoe spends 28 years stranded on a remote tropical island near Venezuela. He must survive alone, building shelter, growing food, and creating tools from salvaged supplies. His solitude is eventually interrupted by cannibals who visit the island, leading him to rescue a prisoner he names Friday. Together, they face new dangers as Crusoe seeks a way to escape his island prison and return to civilization.
