Kitob haqida

H. P. Blavatskyning “The Secret Doctrine” asari, 4 jilddan 1-jildi, 1888-yilda nashr etilgan ikki jildlik ezoterik asardir. Ushbu ta’sirchan matn qadimgi Sharq donishmandligini zamonaviy fan bilan muvofiqlashtirishga urinib, hindlarning davriy rivojlanishiga asoslangan kosmologiyani taqdim etadi. Birinchi jild millionlab yillar davom etgan faollik va sustlik davrlari orqali koinotning kelib chiqishi hamda evolyutsiyasini tadqiq etadi. Ikkinchi jild uzoq zamonlarga borib taqaladigan “Ildiz irqlar” orqali insoniyatning kelib chiqishini kuzatadi, Lemuriya va Atlantida kabi yo‘qolib ketgan qit’alardagi sivilizatsiyalarni tasvirlaydi va darvincha evolyutsiyaga qarshi chiqadi.
