For Hebrew that's a must. Hebrew has no vowels, and uses "Nikkud" (vocalization signs). For some reason, Google's automatic transcriptions are always wrong, even though the word is pronounced correctly by Google TTS. And each other service gives different transcription, and in different notation. P.S. If for real, with Hebrew it's better by default to display vocalization marks (nikkud) using something like "Nakdan" (https://nakdan.dicta.org.il/) because it will give the most precise pronunciation, because transliteration is not mapped exactly to the nikkud, and will be read differently in Sephardic and Ashkenazi pronunciation. Nikkud is the most precise. You always need to see the vocalization signs to fully learn the word.
