allow black and white

There is some eink color devices that have different ppi in color or black and white.(i.e. boox palma 2 pro) color 150 ppi. black and white 300 ppi . would be great if we can make smart book black and white, so we can get pthe max, as colors doesn't add too much value in these color screens
