Alexandre Dyuma va Auguste Make tomonidan yozilgan “Monte-Kristo grafigi, III jild” 1844–1846-yillarda serial shaklida nashr etilgan roman. Yosh dengizchi Edmond Dantes to‘y kuni hasadgo‘y do‘stlari tomonidan xiyonatga uchrab, If qal’asiga qamaladi. O‘n to‘rt yil o‘tgach, yashirin xazinaning joylashuvini oshkor qilgan mahbusdoshining yordami bilan Dantes qochib chiqadi va badavlat Monte-Kristo grafiga aylanadi. U hayotini barbod qilganlardan puxta tarzda qasos olarkan, sodiq qolgan sanoqli kishilarni taqdirlaydi.
