El libro de las mil noches y una noche; t. 6
Tietoa kirjasta
"El libro de las mil noches y una noche; t. 6" by Anonymous is a collection of Middle Eastern folktales compiled during the Islamic Golden Age. This volume forms part of the legendary frame narrative where Scheherazade tells stories to King Shahryar night after night to postpone her execution. The tales span historical accounts, love stories, tragedies, and fantastical adventures featuring jinn, sorcerers, and magical places. Stories interweave with one another in richly layered narratives, each ending at a cliffhanger that compels the king to spare Scheherazade for another day.
