Capitalize German nouns on add

Currently, when I highlight a German noun, it is correctly capitalized. However, when I click the plus to add it to my dictionary, it automatically becomes lower case, which is incorrect for nouns. In the German dictionary, verbs still show up in lower case (eg: bauen) but nouns are capitalized (or more technically title case, eg: Baum). It is similar to how proper nouns would be in English (eg: January is capitalized in the English dictionary).
