Active MAX subscription, but AI features redirect to payment page

Hello Smart Book Support, xx I have an active MAX monthly subscription, paid through Apple, valid until October 23, 2026. However, AI features are not working. Whenever I select ChatGPT or Claude while reading a book, the app immediately redirects me to the subscription page. I have also purchased PRO Lifetime, but the AI features were already unavailable before that purchase. I have tried different accounts, but the problem remains. Could you please restore access to my paid MAX features or explain how to fix this issue? App version: 3.12 Device: iPhone Thank you.
