Charles Darwini „Beagle’i reis“ on 1839. aastal avaldatud raamat, joka kirjeldab viieaastast HMS Beagle’i ekspeditsiooni ümber maailma. Osalt reisekäsitlus ja osalt teadusajakiri dokumenteerib see Darwini teravmeelseid tähelepanekuid biologia, geologia ning antropologiast kaugetel maadel. Raamat kirjutati ajal, mil Darwin hakkas arendama oma revolutsioonilisi evolutsioniteooriaid, ja seega peegeldab see tema kogemusi Lõuna-Ameerikas ning mujal – pakkudes elavaid kirjeldusi paikadest ning avastustest, mis mõjutasid tulevikku teadusajaloos.
